Role Overview: As the Hospitality Manager, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of 45-60 professionals across Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. Your role is crucial in creating and maintaining exceptional luxury experiences for high-profile clients, setting the standard for luxury service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Luxury Hotel Expertise: Experience in senior hospitality roles (e.g., Assistant Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager) within 5-star hotel environments.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Client-Centric Approach: Outstanding communication skills to engage with VIP clientele, with multilingual abilities being a significant advantage.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A natural ability to ensure flawless service in every aspect of the client experience.
- Sophistication and Elegance: You personify professionalism, elegance, and impeccable grooming.
- Excellent English Communication: Strong English language skills; additional languages are a huge plus given the international clientele.
- Note: Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
