The company is seeking a detail-oriented Work Order Scheduler responsible for managing and monitoring maintenance work orders using specialized systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate, manage, and monitor maintenance work orders using MAXIMO or similar systems
• Update preventive maintenance schedules and job plan data, including hazardous equipment records
• Support configuration changes and permit processes for maintenance-related projects
• Assist in emergency work order handling and operational support as needed
• Train staff on work order systems and maintenance procedures
• Maintain communication with management regarding maintenance activities and updates
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all maintenance operations
• Support continuous improvement of work order processes and systems
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or operational support experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance or facilities management processes preferred
