A leading Retail Fashion Group in Dubai is currently looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory management processes. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in retail or fashion warehouse environments who can effectively manage teams, coordinate stock movements, and maintain operational efficiency.
The company is seeking a motivated and organized professional who can supervise warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and support timely dispatch and receiving operations. Candidates with previous UAE experience in warehouse management and retail logistics will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse activities and operational processes
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control procedures are maintained
• Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution activities efficiently
• Ensure timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to warehouse operations
• Supervise warehouse staff and support team coordination to improve productivity
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock audits when required
• Ensure products are stored safely and organized according to company standards
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock availability and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse environment
Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse operations within the retail or fashion industry is required
• Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatch operations, and receiving procedures
• Good team management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• UAE experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
• Asian candidates are preferred as per employer requirements
