Description:
Atlas Medical is looking for an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to oversee its day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations in the UAE. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination within the medical supplies sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and leading warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations related to medical products and supplies. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage physical warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control.
• Coordinate freight planning, shipment scheduling, and logistics activities.
• Supervise end-to-end warehouse and distribution processes.
• Lead and manage the warehouse operations team to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to medical products and medical supplies.
• Monitor warehouse safety, organization, and operational standards.
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience managing physical warehouse operations, packing, and shipment coordination.
• Strong background in inventory management and stock handling.
• Experience in freight planning and logistics coordination.
• Ability to manage complete end-to-end logistics activities.
• Proven experience leading and managing a warehouse operations team.
• UAE/local warehouse experience is mandatory.
