Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visually compelling merchandising plans for the Fashion section across stores.
- Create displays that align with the brand’s identity, current fashion trends, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and turnover.
- Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and product buyers to ensure cohesive visual presentation across all locations.
