Afni, Inc. is hiring experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Subrogation Specialists to join its growing claims recovery team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and negotiation skills who are capable of managing insurance subrogation cases in a structured and compliance-driven environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling subrogation files, coordinating with insurance carriers and stakeholders, and ensuring effective recovery of claims while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards. This position offers both remote and hybrid work options depending on location eligibility, along with performance-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage subrogation files across various insurance lines

• Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters, claimants, attorneys, and underwriters

• Investigate claims to assess liability, damages, and recovery opportunities

• Maintain accurate documentation of all correspondence and case activity

• Process carrier-to-carrier subrogation claims efficiently

• Research state laws and regulations related to subrogation compliance

• Negotiate liability and damage settlements with insurance carriers and self-insured entities

• Evaluate claim files and develop effective recovery strategies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in subrogation or insurance claims handling

• MedPay experience preferred

• Adjuster license is an advantage

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

• Ability to analyze claims and negotiate settlements effectively

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems

• Strong knowledge of:
