Position Overview:
This role is focused on helping families make informed decisions about financial protection and life insurance options. Consultants are responsible for guiding clients through their available union benefit packages and explaining additional protection options—no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients safeguard income, legacy, and health through customized benefit solutions.
- Deliver prepaid union benefit packages to union members and their families.
- Present additional programs such as whole life, term, AD&D, child coverage, income protection, and supplemental health benefits.
- Communicate effectively via Zoom, phone, and text.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication, resilience, and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.
- Must obtain or hold a state Life Insurance Producer License (licensing support provided).
- Previous experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
