Roadie is seeking a detail-oriented Trust & Safety Specialist to join its team and help protect users, reduce platform risks, and maintain a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage sensitive situations while following risk and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, investigate, and resolve risk-related issues across the Roadie platform.

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and potential safety concerns.

• Improve team processes by identifying procedural gaps and efficiency opportunities.

• Handle critical and high-risk situations with urgency and sound judgment.

• Review and adjudicate user background screenings while following compliance requirements.

• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and risk management policies.

• Collaborate with law enforcement when required during ongoing investigations.

• Investigate, audit, and make decisions regarding sender-related claims.

• Research industry standards and best practices to improve internal processes.

• Assess internal and external risks to help reduce company losses.

• Partner with the Legal team on investigative research and user communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trust & safety, risk management, investigations, or a related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and empathy.

• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• High attention to detail with the ability to follow complex procedures accurately.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Risk Assessment & Investigation

 • Trust & Safety Operations

 • Compliance Procedures

 • Data Analysis & Reporting

 • CRM Systems
