The company is currently seeking a Renewals Specialist to support customer retention, revenue expansion, and subscription renewal processes in a fast-paced remote environment. This role works closely with sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure accurate renewals, strong customer relationships, and optimized contract management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing renewal pipelines, and ensuring continuous revenue growth by identifying risks and opportunities within customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to validate ARR and account data accuracy in Salesforce
• Analyze customer purchase history and recommend renewal and expansion strategies based on usage patterns
• Manage renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities including co-term and true-up calculations
• Prepare and deliver accurate renewal proposals, pricing models, and discount structures
• Support sales teams in understanding pricing, packaging, and renewal processes
• Calculate and validate complex quoting scenarios including multi-date co-terms and product dependencies
• Identify decision-makers, budget structures, and customer buying processes
• Deliver renewal quotes 90–120 days before contract expiration
• Monitor at-risk accounts and proactively develop retention strategies to reduce churn
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure smooth customer experience
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product teams for improvements
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-tech industry preferred
• Strong understanding of subscription-based renewal processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) required
• Strong experience in report building, opportunity tracking, and contract management
• Familiarity with forecasting tools such as Clari is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
