Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our travel services team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, providing travel-related support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ticketing operations, including reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations.
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with airline and travel regulations.
- Cordinate with airlines and vendors to resolve booking issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in GDS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
