About The Role
As a Tax Administrator you’ll be the operational backbone of our tax team — keeping workflows moving, helping clients and practitioners communicate clearly, and making sure tax projects are organized and compliant. This is a hands-on, detail-driven position that supports tax professionals and helps deliver a smooth client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the tax operations team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Keep tax systems and project records accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a secondary client contact: respond to client questions and provide timely status updates.
  • Coordinate communications between clients and tax preparers to ensure clarity and progress.
  • Help prepare and mail tax returns and required correspondence to tax authorities.
  • Collect signed e-file authorization forms and follow up to meet filing deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings and share updates on administrative items.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for in-person events when needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Some prior experience supporting tax teams, or experience in accounting/finance/professional services is helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of tax preparation workflows and common documents.
  • Strong organization, time-management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite; familiarity with tax software (e.g., GoSystems) is a plus.

Pay Range
Base pay target for this role is $69,000 – $105,000 (final offer reflects experience, location, and other factors). Eligible roles may also include equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other perks.
