Hiring Finance Manager (M&A & START-UP EXPERIENCE)
A leading name in the Tech industry is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations in their Dubai & regional offices. They would monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports. They would work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. Use their in-depth analytical skills to help executives understand the financial health of the organization for improved decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle end to end Mergers & Acquisitions review, analysis and execution
- Background from an in-house corporate development role (preferably Tech industry)
- Experience in M&A and Start-up is a must
- Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills
- Advance report writing, research and modelling ability
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Compensation – USD 10,000 plus benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
