Description:
Tanseeq Investment Group has an urgent requirement for experienced Storekeepers and Senior Storekeepers to support its inventory and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who have strong hands-on experience in stock control, material handling, and inventory reporting within a structured business environment.
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, proper storage practices, and compliance with company documentation and audit standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and informed decision-making through reliable inventory data.
Positions Available:
- Storekeeper – Suitable for candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Senior Storekeeper – Suitable for candidates with 5 to 8 years of solid inventory and warehouse management experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, verify, and properly document incoming materials, supplies, and products
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine physical stock counts and system updates
• Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and quick retrieval
• Track stock movement and report shortages, excess quantities, or damaged items promptly
• Ensure correct storage conditions to minimize loss, damage, or deterioration of materials
• Adhere strictly to approved material handling procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain complete records including GRNs, issue vouchers, stock registers, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and audit requirements
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock status reports
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete inventory items
• Provide accurate inventory data to management to support planning and operational decisions
