Description:
An experienced Stage Manager is required for an upcoming live event project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a project-based, in-person opportunity scheduled from 25–29 October 2026, with preference given to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will oversee backstage coordination, manage the event’s run of show, and work closely with the Stage Show Caller to ensure all stage activities, announcements, and production elements are delivered smoothly throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the run of show in collaboration with the Stage Show Caller.
• Coordinate participants, stage design, and digital assets for each announcement.
• Update the run of show and communicate any changes to the Show Caller and backstage team.
• Ensure the signing order, stage backdrop, and stage updates remain accurate throughout the event.
• Support the smooth execution of all stage operations during the project.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in stage management.
• Availability to work from 25–29 October 2026.
• Candidates residing in Riyadh are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Live event stage operations.
• Run of show coordination.
• Backstage communication and team coordination.
• Stage production and event execution.
