Description:
Wonderful Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and motivated Pest Control Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with practical expertise in pest control operations, team supervision, and maintaining high safety and service standards.
The successful candidate will oversee daily pest control activities, supervise technicians, coordinate site operations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety procedures. Candidates with a valid UAE driving licence and relevant Dubai Municipality approvals will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily pest control operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Manage and support pest control technicians while coordinating job schedules and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with pest control procedures, safety standards, and chemical handling regulations.
• Monitor service quality and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in pest control operations and team supervision.
• Good understanding of pest control procedures, safety regulations, and chemical handling practices.
• Ability to manage technicians, organize schedules, and coordinate multiple work sites.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Dubai Municipality approvals or relevant pest control certifications will be an advantage.
