We’re hiring a seasoned Sr. Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation team and support company-wide pay programs and strategic compensation initiatives. This role reports to the Manager, Compensation and will play a central part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation structures across multiple regions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and execute a broad range of compensation activities, from structure design to program administration.
  • Create and maintain salary structures for the U.S., Canada, and India, including aging and slotting roles into appropriate bands.
  • Manage projects such as annual merit cycles, incentive administration, market survey analysis, and M&A compensation workstreams.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to HR partners, talent acquisition, and business leaders—providing benchmarking, analytical insight, and recommendations on pay decisions.
  • Model the financial consequences of pricing, packaging, or structural changes and present findings to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain and audit pay structures and job alignment to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Perform job leveling, job analysis and classification, and validate FLSA classifications.
  • Prepare detailed compensation analyses, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
  • Administer job profile and survey data within Workday and keep compensation data current.
  • Support implementation, testing and rollout of compensation changes and related communications.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and mentor junior compensation staff.
  • Continuously improve compensation processes and tools, and maintain a knowledge base for the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years’ hands-on compensation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining salary structures and managing annual merit programs and M&A-related compensation tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of FLSA rules and exemption testing.
  • Required: Experience with Workday. Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI, automation tools, and other analytics tools are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting ability — comfortable engaging with leaders across the organization.
  • High attention to detail, good judgement, and ability to handle confidential information.
