Bayer is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive-level and senior management teams within its Crop Science division in Missouri, United States. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage confidential administrative responsibilities while supporting business operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex administrative tasks, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting leadership teams with high-quality administrative and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and internal communications in line with company standards
• Gather and analyze information to support decision-making and departmental reporting requirements
• Maintain and update departmental databases and develop spreadsheets essential for operational tracking and reporting
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events including scheduling, agenda preparation, and communication distribution
• Prepare complex documents and materials from rough drafts, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing for executives and department leaders
• Screen calls, manage emails, and handle incoming correspondence while ensuring proper routing and follow-up
• Collaborate with other administrative professionals to coordinate workloads and ensure operational efficiency
• Support cross-department communication and assist in implementing organizational processes and procedures
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support leadership and business units
Candidate Requirements:
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
