Key Responsibilities
- Execute application administration tasks to facilitate migration efforts.
- Manually establish organizations and users in our system as part of an extensive project.
- Collaborate with various divisions to ensure seamless operations during transition phases.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt your work schedule across assigned shifts to meet divisional needs.
Required Skills
- Typing Skills: Fast and precise typing speed (>40 WPM).
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Helpdesk Experience: Tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Reliable Internet: Capability to work effectively in a remote setting with consistent internet access.
