Description:
PW Solutions is looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Lead Software Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This senior-level opportunity is ideal for technology professionals with extensive experience in solution architecture, cloud technologies, AI-powered video analytics, and enterprise software development.
The selected candidate will play a key role in designing scalable software solutions, providing technical leadership, supporting client pre-sales activities, and driving the successful delivery of modern cloud-based and edge computing applications. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable enterprise solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead software engineering initiatives involving AI video analytics and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build and optimize cloud-based and edge computing platforms using leading cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC-based applications.
• Support video streaming integrations using RTSP and ONVIF protocols.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and participate in client pre-sales discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
Requirements:
• 12–18 years of professional experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in AI Video Analytics and enterprise solution design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and Edge Computing.
• Solid understanding of video streaming technologies, including RTSP and ONVIF.
• Experience developing Microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC-based systems.
• Proven technical leadership and client pre-sales experience.
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Edge Computing
• AI Video Analytics and Video Streaming technologies
• Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and gRPC
