We’re Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Executive
Location: The Ballet Centre, Jumeirah 1, Dubai
Work Mode: On-site (Office-based)
The Ballet Centre – Dubai’s oldest and most prestigious dance and performing arts centre – is looking for a creative, driven, and digitally-savvy Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Plan and execute weekly content calendars to promote classes, events, and shows
- Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos during classes and performances
- Design compelling digital and print materials (flyers, posters, banners)
- Engage with audience via messages, comments, and inquiries
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Collaborate with instructors to promote class content effectively
- Follow up on leads from ad campaignsand handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update the centre’s WordPress website
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing & content creation
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Camtasia, and social media schedulers
- Skilled in photography and video editing
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable in a child-friendly and artistic environment
- Familiar with CRM platforms(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a marketing, media, or communication role
- Background in media, communications, marketing, or finance with marketing skills
- Passion for the arts, education or children’s activities is a strong advantage
- UAE driving licenseis a plus
