Job summary
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to build engaging content and grow audience engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll help shape social strategy, produce eye-catching posts, and track performance to strengthen the brand’s presence in the markets we serve.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create and curate compelling social content tailored to each platform.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall brand goals.
  • Monitor social metrics and produce regular performance reports and insights.
  • Manage community interactions—respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
  • Design visual assets using graphic tools and assist with short-form video content.
  • Schedule and publish posts, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  • Track trends, test new platforms/features, and recommend creative approaches.
  • Support paid social campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure message consistency.

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with proven experience managing accounts and creating high-engagement content.
  • Competencies: social media management, content creation, analytics tools, basic graphic design, copywriting, and strong English communication.
  • Preferred: Social Media Marketing certificate; experience as a digital content creator; video editing, SEO, paid social advertising, influencer outreach, and community management.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 – $24.00, plus performance-based bonuses.
