Description:
Waver Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee joinery and interior fit-out installations across various project locations in the UAE. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong site management skills and extensive knowledge of joinery works, furniture installations, and interior finishing projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising installation teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed according to quality standards and project timelines. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage daily site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise site installation teams and labor workforce on assigned projects
• Prepare daily site reports and provide regular progress updates
• Monitor installation schedules and ensure project timelines are achieved
• Coordinate with project managers, factory teams, and site personnel
• Ensure all installations meet required quality standards and specifications
• Enforce site safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Resolve technical, operational, and installation-related issues on site
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery works and furniture installation processes
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• UAE Driving License preferred
