The company is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Product team, with a strong focus on building and scaling recipe systems, content structures, and AI-driven personalization tools that power the customer experience.

This role will involve close collaboration with Culinary, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to design scalable systems that improve recipe creation, enhance content performance, and enable dynamic personalization using AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, systems-oriented, and passionate about building structured platforms that support large-scale content generation and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for recipe systems including creation workflows, taxonomy, tagging, and dynamic recipe generation.

• Lead the development and enhancement of internal tools used by culinary teams to create and manage recipe content efficiently.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate recipe performance and system effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Culinary, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to translate insights into scalable product solutions.

• Develop coverage analysis frameworks to identify gaps in recipe assortment and guide prioritization efforts.

• Design and maintain taxonomy structures, tagging systems, and metadata frameworks that support personalization and discovery.

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and data pipelines and lead initiatives to improve scalability and operational performance.

• Balance trade-offs between creativity, operational feasibility, and system scalability when making product decisions.

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate roadmap updates across stakeholders.

• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into product systems to improve content generation, tagging, personalization, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in content platforms, marketplaces, or data-driven systems.

• 2+ years of experience working with SQL.

• Strong systems-thinking ability and experience designing scalable content or data frameworks.

• Proven experience collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or Culinary teams.

• Ability to use data insights to guide product decisions and improve system performance.

• Strong communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and stakeholder alignment.

• Experience working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity across cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of taxonomy design, content systems, or AI-assisted platforms is a plus.
