A leading organization in the ultra-luxury property development and elite contracting sector is seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior P.A. / Executive Secretary to provide executive-level support to the General Manager and CEO. This position is ideal for a polished professional who excels in managing complex executive responsibilities within a fast-paced and high-profile corporate environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in executive coordination, stakeholder communication, business administration, and confidential information management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities

• Coordinate high-volume schedules while resolving conflicts and optimizing executive productivity

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, consultants, and internal departments

• Arrange international and domestic travel, accommodation, visa processing, and executive logistics

• Monitor key business activities, project milestones, and departmental updates for executive review

• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documentation

Requirements:
