This Senior Operations Associate role is part of the company’s core operations team, responsible for improving efficiency, scaling workflows, and driving operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize scalable operational workflows and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across systems.
• Support execution and monitoring of core business operations and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, payer, and customer experience teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve operational goals and OKRs.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and analytical skills.
