• We are looking for a trustworthy candidate, who can prepare financial documents such as invoices, accounts payable and receivable.
• Candidate needs to complete financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.

Job Description

• Maintain and reconcile petty cash in hand and checks all expenses.
• Preparing monthly and annual accounts
• Able to assist with bank transfers and handle all the matters related to bank
• Processing employee expenses
• Data gathering
• Receiving and storing invoices
• Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
• Preparing and posting journals
• Logging daily entries in accordance with the accounting policy
