A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join its HR department. This role is designed for HR professionals who have extensive experience managing human resource operations and are comfortable handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle while supporting organizational HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives. The position also requires close coordination with internal teams to maintain efficient HR documentation, reporting systems, and compliance with company policies.
As a Senior Human Resources Officer, you will oversee a variety of HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding procedures, and managing employee status updates. The role involves supervising HR documentation, handling visa-related administration, and coordinating payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely processing. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a small team of documentation assistants and ensuring all HR records and processes are maintained efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR operations related to the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal status changes
- Supporting performance management initiatives and assisting with workforce planning activities
- Supervising HR documentation procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal processes
- Coordinating visa administration and assisting with employee documentation requirements
- Working closely with finance or payroll teams to support payroll processing and related HR matters
- Leading and guiding documentation assistants to maintain accurate HR records
- Maintaining HR policies, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs
- Preparing HR reports, data analysis, and workforce analytics to support decision-making
