Overview:
KinderCare Learning Companies is growing its corporate talent team and seeks a seasoned Senior Corporate Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for a wide range of corporate functions (Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing and more). This role supports national hiring across the company’s footprint and acts as a trusted recruiting advisor to senior leaders. You’ll own high-touch searches, proactively source top talent, and shape the candidate experience from outreach through offer negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and exempt corporate roles as well as occasional hourly positions.
- Consult with hiring managers on resourcing plans, interview design, and candidate experience to accelerate hiring outcomes.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines including passive candidate engagement.
- Navigate stakeholder management for complex searches and present clear business cases for proposed staffing solutions.
- Advise on organizational and talent planning, using market insights to inform hiring strategies and workforce design.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates — including compensation packages with incentives, commission structures, and relocation when applicable.
- Educate hiring teams on national employment trends, compensation practices, and candidate engagement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience conducting corporate, professional, and executive-level searches in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and run end-to-end searches across multiple functions.
- Strong candidate assessment skills — comfortable conducting behavioral interviews and interpreting assessment results.
- Experience influencing and advising hiring leaders on complex and strategic hires.
- Solid understanding of compensation, national labor market trends, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Flexibility to work across time zones when required.
