Description:
Hill Associates, an award-winning government contracting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to provide vital support to our corporate team on contract, compliance, and related business matters. This part-time, remote role involves collaboration with program leads, clients, and subcontractors, requiring exceptional prioritization and communication skills at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, providing comprehensive administration for GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts, Federal Agency contracts, and subcontracts.
• Ensure company policies and practices comply with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements; develop and recommend new policies as needed.
• Coordinate with program leads, subcontractors, and clients to resolve disputes or issues during contract execution.
• Draft and prepare essential agreements including Subcontracting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Teaming Agreements; consult with legal counsel when appropriate.
• Submit reports and contract deliverables on time; analyze deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Support Program Leads to ensure all Agency contract requirements are met.
• Collaborate with proposal teams on RFI, RFP, and RFQ cost narratives and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, including sign-offs and work papers.
• Provide guidance and interpretation on federal contract requirements while staying current on contractual procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 10 years in federal contract administration and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• Experience with multiple contract types, performance-based contracting, and GSA MAS contracts.
• Broad understanding of federal contracting, finance, accounting, business law, and procurement.
• Expertise in managing GSA MAS contracts and Federal Agency contracts; capable of reviewing RFPs and preparing compliant cost volumes.
• Skilled in identifying contract risks, drafting requirements, and negotiating agreements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Desired Experience:
• Knowledge of OCI (Organizational Conflict of Interest) identification, diligence, and mitigation.
• Experience in contract administration for Information Technology Professional Services.
