Finesse Global hiring Senior Manager KPI

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Performance Management

• Working knowledge in setting organizational, departmental and individual KPIs/BSC
• Well-versed in Power BI and other tools like SQL, Oracle, Python, R, etc.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Business Management / Engineering
• KPI/BSC experience in Big4 consulting / Real Estate / Prominent Banks is a plus
• Certification in Balanced Score Card / KPIs / TQM / Malcom Baldrige framework is a big plus
