Description:
Vinay Fashion is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a growth-oriented environment with exposure to cross-functional operations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure timely VAT filings and compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and government authorities
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Support payroll processing and cost control initiatives
- Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA is preferred
- At least 5 years of UAE-based accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and local compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
