Hiring Finance Executive Dubai

Objective

• Our policy is to prepare an integrated department including qualified employees who can
• contribute in developing the department and manage accounting, internal audit, and taxation as
• Per the adopted regulations through accuracy in work and fast achievement of company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enter all accounting transactions.
• Finalization of Accounts.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments & reconciliation.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (VAT).
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Petty Cash Reconciliation.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an accounting-related field
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of two years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial modeling
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant tax laws in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority, UAE
• Mandatory UAE experience of 1-2 years.
