Description:
Forza Al Khaleej Electromechanical Contracting SP LLC is seeking motivated accounting professionals to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. The company is looking for both Senior Accountant and Junior Accountant candidates who are detail-oriented and capable of supporting financial operations effectively.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, VAT compliance, payroll, reconciliations, and cost control activities, while the Junior Accountant will support daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial record maintenance.
Candidates with knowledge of ERP systems, Tally, Zoho, and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to join immediately, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Accountant:
• Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations.
• Handle VAT-related activities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support payroll processing and financial documentation.
• Monitor cost control processes and analyze financial data.
• Manage accounting records using ERP systems and accounting software.
• Prepare reports and support overall finance department activities.
Junior Accountant:
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial record keeping.
• Support invoicing, reconciliations, and transaction entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting documents and records.
• Assist with VAT-related accounting tasks.
• Work with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
• Learn and develop accounting skills under professional guidance.
Requirements:
Senior Accountant:
• 5–6 years of accounting experience.
• UAE contracting/construction industry experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cost control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Tally, and Zoho.
Junior Accountant:
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, reconciliations, and VAT.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Tally, and Zoho.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
