We’re Hiring — Salesforce Developer

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕒 Experience: 5+ years
📅 Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days preferred

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, production-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,andExperience Cloud. The ideal candidate writes reusable, well-tested code, collaborates in a Git-based workflow, and has a strong understanding of both front-end web technologies and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain custom features and integrations for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud deployments.
• Build reusable Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / LWR components that follow best practices.
• Implement declarative solutions where appropriate (Flows, Approval Processes) and optimize platform performance.
• Work with product owners and admins to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and collaborate using Git/GitHub.

Technical Skills & Frameworks:

• Strong experience with LWR and LWC frameworks and the development of reusable UI components.
• Expertise in Apex classes and object-oriented design on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient with Git / GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript for creating dynamic user interfaces.

Salesforce Admin & Platform Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce out-of-the-box features: Flows, Approval Processes, OWD & Sharing,andRecord Pages.
• Familiarity with configuration tasks such as Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles,andPage Layouts to support secure and efficient deployments.

Certifications Required:

• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (or equivalent experience)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II preferred)
