Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in management or leadership are a plus.
• Proven experience in multi-store retail management or a similar role, preferably in the UAE or the region.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Ability to interpret sales and performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the area as needed.
