🚀 Hiring: Sales Representatives – UAE (Hybrid: Office + Field)
We are expanding our sales team across the UAE and are seeking experienced, market-savvy Sales Representatives to cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. This role mixes office coordination with field activity — you’ll be expected to build relationships on the ground while supporting business development from the office when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Arab background for strong cultural alignment
- 5–10 years of proven experience in sales
Role & Skills:
- Deep understanding of Horeca channels, wholesalers, and shisha contractors
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and on-ground networks
- A track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
