We’re Hiring | Sales Representative – Gulf Hotel (Local Hire)
Gulf Hotel Convention & Spa is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to contribute to revenue growth by actively promoting hotel accommodations, food and beverage outlets, catering services, and event facilities. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys building client relationships and driving sales performance in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular sales calls and in-person client visits to promote hotel offerings
- Actively market guest rooms, restaurants, catering services, and event venues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and individual clients
- Identify new business opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate closely with Reservations, Events, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up on confirmed bookings, client feedback, and post-event requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality sales, including hotel, F&B, catering, or events, is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Valid Bahrain driving license will be considered an added advantage
