SBK Properties LLC is expanding and looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the UAE freehold real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with leading brokerage firms and partners.
- Develop and strengthen a strong portfolio of sales partners within the real estate market.
- Oversee contracts, ensure KYC compliance, and maintain CRM updates for all transactions.
- Provide accurate and timely market insights to clients while negotiating and closing deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver comprehensive weekly MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in UAE freehold real estate sales, with expertise in off-plan properties.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and sales trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly encouraged, especially those able to work from our new lounges in Studio City and Dubai South.
