Blonqoo, a fast-growing creative digital agency, is expanding its commercial team and seeking a Sales Executive to accelerate new business across the UAE market. In this client-facing role, you will prospect, pitch, and close opportunities for our digital branding and creative solutions while cultivating long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Pipeline Building: Identify, research, and connect with potential clients across priority sectors; maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM updates.
- Consultative Selling: Pitch brand strategy, digital design, and creative services to decision-makers; tailor proposals and presentations to client objectives.
- Account Growth: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients; drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through disciplined follow-up, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, design, and delivery teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handover into execution.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales or business development; agency/creative/IT industry background preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- UAE market knowledge and an existing professional network are strong advantages.
