Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our presence in the UAE solar market. The successful candidate will bring strong technical and commercial understanding of solar PV, inverters and energy storage systems (ESS), an established network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to convert leads into closed projects.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrable sales experience selling solar PV systems, inverters and ESS across the UAE.
- Established relationships with clients, distributors, EPC contractors and other stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
- Solid technical knowledge of solar technologies, product families and market trends.
- Track record of generating leads, building pipelines and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and commercial proposal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities in solar PV, inverter and ESS markets across Dubai & Sharjah.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, partners and distributors to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Liaise with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and commercially competitive.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements and emerging opportunities in the market and provide actionable feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and capture leads.
