Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, generate, and convert new leads into clients for UAE business setup services.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Maintain assigned KPIs and deliver strong sales performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, free zones, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate additional leads through referrals in addition to company-provided leads.
- Stay informed about UAE business setup regulations, service packages, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE business setup sales experience with proven closing capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven, capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
