We are on the hunt for a talented and well-experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and who can add absolute value to our team. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.

WE ARE LOOKING:

Minimum 3 years’ experience of the UAE Off-Plan real estate industry with proven track record in Sales
Achieve revenue and KPI targets
Proven experience as a Sales Manager
With a valid driving license and car
Excellent in negotiation, organizational, communication, leadership and closing skills
Strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
Can speak and write English fluently
Professional, presentable, honest and well-mannered
Can work in a competitive environment
Management and leadership experience
Present to CEO regularly, provide forecasts and performance reports for the wider business
Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
Establish a sales training program to train new employees and attend training to the Developer’s office with the agents
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
