Extreme Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, business development, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate CRM records, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
