Description:

We’re hiring a Sales Executive for a premium car showroom in Dubai on a short-term contract basis (3 months, with the possibility of extension). This role is for immediate starters who already hold a valid UAE visa and possess a UAE driving licence.

  • Welcome and assist showroom visitors with a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate vehicles, options, and packages.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, coordinate test drives and highlight product features and benefits.
  • Explain financing, insurance and other value-added services clearly to customers.
  • Confidently negotiate sales and close deals while ensuring excellent after-sales follow-up.
  • Keep up-to-date with current inventory, pricing and ongoing promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure vehicles are displayed professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or automotive sales is required.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; customer-focused and goal-oriented.
