🕒 Experience: Minimum 3 years in cable manufacturing sales OR 7 years in related products (electrical / building materials / contracting)
We are looking for a driven sales professional with solid technical knowledge of cable products and a strong commercial understanding of the construction and electrical markets in the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will be proactive in sourcing new business, skillful at managing key accounts, and experienced in preparing competitive quotes and tenders for contractors, distributors and consultants.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts across construction and electrical trade channels.
- Identify and convert opportunities across contractors, developers, distributors and consultants in the UAE/GCC markets.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotes and tender responses with accuracy and on schedule.
- Maintain reliable sales forecasts and provide market and competitor insights to support strategy.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners to secure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, pricing alignment and after-sales support.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cable manufacturing sales (or 7 years selling electrical/building materials).
- Strong understanding of the construction sector and commercial dynamics in the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license — required for customer/site visits.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing accounts.
