We’re looking for a technically capable sales professional who can open new accounts, nurture client relationships, and translate engineering solutions into commercial wins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships across the construction sector, establishing trust with contractors, consultants, and facility owners.
- Identify new business opportunities for structural strengthening, concrete repair, and waterproofing services; prospect and qualify leads.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients, preparing proposals, scopes of work, and detailed quotations aligned with project needs.
- Liaise with internal technical teams to scope solutions, coordinate site visits, and ensure feasibility and accurate costing.
- Attend client/site meetings and presentations, handling technical queries and demonstrating product/solution benefits.
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry or a closely related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, repair techniques, and waterproofing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and close technical-commercial deals.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver project-based solutions.
