Description:
MICAS Smart Systems Division is expanding its presence and is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven individual to represent cutting-edge home automation and smart system solutions.

In this role, you’ll work directly with consultants, contractors, and homeowners to bring intelligent living environments to life through customized solutions. If you’re enthusiastic about innovative technologies and thrive in client-facing roles, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively generate new sales leads and expand opportunities in the home automation and smart systems sector.
• Present tailored solutions to consultants, fit-out contractors, and individual clients.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and maintain follow-up for leads and active project pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments including design, procurement, and logistics for seamless project implementation.
• Supervise ongoing projects in the Abu Dhabi region to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Provide operational assistance and support in coordinating project-related activities within the region.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or technical positions within smart systems, ELV, or automation domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage clients and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
