Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our on-site retail team in Sharjah. This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys talking to customers, and takes pride in delivering excellent in-store experiences. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right products while supporting daily sales and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome & Assist Customers: greet visitors, answer questions and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive Sales: actively promote products, work to meet individual and store sales targets, and follow up on customer needs.
- Sales Transactions: operate the POS system accurately, handle cash and card payments, and ensure receipts and returns are processed correctly.
- Store Presentation: maintain a tidy, well-merchandised sales floor and fitting rooms; restock displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Inventory Support: assist with stock counts, backroom organization and basic inventory control tasks.
- Customer Care: resolve customer queries courteously and escalate more complex issues to the store manager when needed.
- Flexible Availability: work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as required by store schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Customer service and sales experience with a proven ability to reach sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Reliable and flexible with availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; further study in marketing/retail is advantageous.
