This role is for a highly technical and systems-focused Revenue Operations Specialist who will take ownership of the company’s revenue operations stack. The organization currently has early-stage systems in place, but requires a skilled builder to unify marketing, CRM, and sales operations into a fully scalable and automated revenue engine.

The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing existing system gaps, rebuilding workflows, and implementing automation across the full customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on execution role requiring deep expertise in GoHighLevel and strong experience in marketing automation, integrations, and data-driven revenue systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage advanced automation workflows using GoHighLevel across the entire customer journey

• Integrate multiple platforms including CRM tools, automation systems, APIs, and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow

• Develop scalable revenue systems that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

• Build and optimize CRM pipelines with clear lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and structured handoff processes

• Improve speed-to-lead, follow-up systems, and sales conversion performance through automation

• Implement and maintain tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Conversion APIs

• Ensure accurate attribution across marketing channels to support data-driven decision-making

• Build dashboards and reporting systems to track funnel performance, pipeline health, and ROI metrics

• Identify system gaps, troubleshoot broken workflows, and continuously improve data integrity

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (mandatory) including workflows, pipelines, and automation

• Proven experience with tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, and webhook integrations

• Experience building end-to-end marketing and CRM automation systems

• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization

• Experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

• Ability to design dashboards and translate data into actionable insights

• Strong systems-thinking mindset with ability to build from scratch

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or growth environments preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Availability for midday EST internal meetings
