We are currently looking for a motivated and performance-driven Retention Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a sales-focused role suited for professionals who are confident in client handling, relationship building, and driving trading activity within the Forex and financial markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned client portfolios, increasing engagement levels, and maximizing long-term client retention through proactive communication and strategic follow-ups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and develop assigned client accounts
- Build strong and lasting relationships to encourage higher deposits and increased trading volumes
- Retain existing clients through consistent communication, support, and engagement
- Use CRM systems to monitor client activity, performance, and sales progress
- Regularly follow up with clients to present trading opportunities and market insights
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Forex trading, financial sales, or a related field
- Proven background in client retention, account management, or relationship-based sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities
- Confident communication skills with a sales-oriented approach
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
